For members of the Cooperative:

• Room rental is $ 15 / hour + tax
• Kitchen rental (room included) is priced at $ 20 / hour + tax

For non-members:

• Room rental is $ 25 / hour + tax
• Kitchen rental (room included) is priced at $ 30 / hour + tax
